Our General Practice Support approach across WAPHA is integral to achieving a number of measures within the Commonwealth Government’s Performance and Quality Framework (PQF) and realising our 5 strategic priorities:
1. Health equity and access
2. Person centred models of care
3. Integrated and outcomes focussed commissioning
4. Strong partnerships
5. Primary care capability

Across the nearly 4 years of WAPHA the role and supports offered by the various functions under General Practice Support have adapted to changing demands and needs. With the recent retirement and resignations of some staff across these teams, we feel that there is an opportunity to further consider our approach to the work of the teams, how the work and teams are organised, how knowledge is used to inform our approach to commissioning, and how everyone is able to best contribute their knowledge and expertise to the vision and direction of General Practice Support.

As a valued member of the General Practice Support team(s) please provide your feedback below so we can ensure that your work needs are best met, and that these both support and drive our focus to realise WAPHAs strategic priorities.

Your individual feedback will be treated in confidence and will be wrapped up into a consolidated report. We welcome your honest feedback by COB Wednesday 22 May.

Thank you for your ongoing commitment and passion for your work, you are making a real difference in the lives of many in our communities every day.
