LGBTI Inclusivity Training Feedback

Thank you to everyone who completed the LGBTI Inclusivity Training earlier this year as part of our work towards achieving Rainbow Tick accreditation. This training aligns with our responsibilities in relation to Standard 2 – Workforce Development and was developed so that all staff can increase their knowledge and understanding of LGBTI communities, the challenges LGBTI people face, appropriate language and terminology and the importance of LGBTI inclusivity.
