An application for an Exceptional circumstance assessment of non-Distribution Priority Area (DPA) status for the Peel region is being coordinated by a small group of GPs and Practice Managers in the region. A change to the non-DPA status of the region will assist in recruiting and retaining medical practitioners and will help to improve primary care services in Peel.

Supported by WA Primary Health Alliance and Rural Health West, the group is requesting data from Mandurah and Pinjarra general practices in support of the Exceptional Circumstances Assessment application. Any data submitted for this purpose will remain confidential and will be accessed only by the WA Primary Health Alliance Data Analytics staff for the specified purpose of informing the submission. WAPHA’s data analysts adhere to strict processes and protocols in managing data of this type.

Please complete the survey below by COB Tuesday 9 November. It is anticipated the survey will take approximately 30 minutes to complete.
