WAPHA Commissioned Services COVID Emergency Management Preparedness

WA Primary Health Alliance has previously encouraged commissioned service providers to ensure that your organisation has plans in place in preparation for a COVID-19 outbreak. The recent COVID-19 Delta strain outbreaks in New South Wales and Victoria have highlighted the need for all agencies to encourage workforce vaccination. These outbreaks have also highlighted the need for all commissioned service providers to have considered how operations might function during an outbreak, and for these plans to be discussed, tested and ready for activating.

Several lessons have been learnt from PHNs and commissioned services providers on the East Coast – critical to the response has been the preparedness of providers. This survey seeks to better understand your organisation’s preparedness that will inform COVID-19 response planning, and how we can best support you and the State’s response.

IMPORTANT: Your responses to this survey are not anonymous, however all details will be held confidential by WAPHA. Information collected may be shared in aggregation and de-identified with other agencies (e.g., Australian Government Department of Health), informing the picture of the WA primary health sector.

Please complete the survey below by COB Friday 12 November. If you have any questions about the survey please contact your Contract Manager in the first instance.

Each question needs to be answered to progress through the survey.

Thank you for your participation.
