Commissioned Services Reporting Portal

The Commissioned Services Reporting Portal (the Reporting Portal) will be a simple online portal that all chronic disease providers will use to report and get feedback on their contractual performance data. The Reporting Portal will enhance the business intelligence capacity of WAPHA by creating a more robust and streamlined system to capture and provide feedback on provider performance.

WAPHA’s consultation with providers will be around your current reporting processes and systems including:

  • Direct data entry vs data file upload or combination of both

  • Current issues experienced in data reporting

  • Capturing future needs

  • End user staffing/current state

  • Clinical software in use; product name, version

  • Reporting system in use, maturity of reports

  • Current engagement with PHN – intent to increase or decrease

  • Appetite for early adoption / pilot program

Please note: This project is limited to Chronic Disease Programs (for instance Integrated Chronic Disease Care) and while your organisation may have more than one contract with WAPHA, this survey relates only to your organisation’s Chronic Disease programs.

Where is the project at now?

We have finalised our consultation with Chronic Disease Service Providers on the 30th of September 2021. We have collated and reviewed the 10 survey responses received. The feedback received has allowed our core working group to refine the technical specifications and portal development requirements.

Finalising the provider consultation, the project now moves through to the development stage where Digital Services will outsource the portal platform development. We have received a positive level of interest from those providers who participated in the survey to be involved in the pilot of the product. We are currently refining the list to ensure we include a diverse range of providers. The successful providers will be notified shortly and will be engaged towards the end of the year mapping out their training and involvement.

If you have any questions about the survey please contact your contract officer at WAPHA in the first instance.

Thank you for your participation.
