headspace Geraldton have a variety of workshops available for youth aged 12 - 25 years, as well as for parents and carers.

Step out with furry friends Ben and Martha (pet dogs) on a weekly walk with team members from headspace.

Info Session for Adults Supporting Young People
Parents, friends and significant others play a vital role in a young person's journey to better wellbeing. You are invited to come along to one of the fortnightly information sessions. Any adults supporting young people are welcome, even if you are not a client at headspace.

Therapy Garden
This is an opportunity for people with a disability aged between 17 - 21 years to get together each week and do a variety of activities with community members.

SoundHub at headspace
SoundHub is a jamming group designed for young people who have an interest in music and want to come together in a fun and free environment. Some instruments are available or you are welcome to bring along an acoustic one of your own.

Healthy headspace Workshop
All young people are welcome to attend headspace's skills based workshops for young people aged 12 - 16 years. Learn simple ways to take control of your own headspace, learn to manage your feelings and work out the traps to a healthy headspace.

Healthy headspace Workshop
Come along to the healthy headspace workshop for young people aged 17 - 25 years to learn how to understand and manage your emotions, identify barriers to positive mental health and take home simple ways to take control of your own headspace.
Thursday's, 6:00pm - 7:30pm (every three weeks commencing 4 July 2019)
