ECU Research Report: Better Together
almost 2 years agoIn 2017-18 ECU mapped how the system of care network interacts in the cities of Joondalup and Wanneroo, in relation to perinatal and infant mental health needs of families with children under the age of four years. The report includes useful data on the demographics of the two cities and can be viewed here.

Mirrabooka Community Gets Guinness Book of Record
almost 2 years agoOn 15 March 2019, Harmony Day, Mirrabooka Community with support from the City of Stirling hosted a Guinness Book of Record challenge for the most number of nationalities in a drumming circle. The record of 61 nationalities was held by a Canadian community and Mirrabooka now holds the world record of 77 nationalities. Watch a brief video here.

My Health Record: Engaging with Multicultural Groups
about 2 years agoKirsten Beckingham, My Health Record Community Engagement Officer recently presented on My Health Record as a guest at two multicultural women's groups at ISHAR Multicultural Women's Health Services, explaining what My Health Record is, the benefits, privacy and security and how to opt out and use the platform.
