Needs Assessment 2019 - 2022 Feedback

WA Primary Health Alliance has recently completed the three Needs Assessments for each Primary Health Network in Western Australia – Perth North, Perth South and Country WA.

Needs Assessments establish baseline health and service needs for each Primary Health Network and prioritise opportunities for planning and service delivery. The Needs Assessments are an overview of the health and service needs in each Primary Health Network, but further analysis is required to understand specific needs.

The Health Planning team would appreciate your feedback on the Needs Assessments documents which will be used to inform future improvements. Please take our short survey below.
