PHN Committee Governance Pulse Check

Thank you for your ongoing commitment to the WA Primary Health Alliance vision of improved health equity in Western Australia.

We continue to work on the development and integration of the Council and Committee structures into the business of the organisation. Our aim is to strengthen the continuous quality improvement of the role Councils and Committees play in WA Primary Health Alliance. The plan to do this includes a number of things from revision of induction packs for new members, to developing 3 year workplans that align with Primary Health Network reporting cycles.

This survey aims to take a ‘pulse check’ on how you currently feel and experience your involvement with your Council or Committee. We will use this as a baseline from which to measure improvements, with similar surveys conducted in July each year. Your comments will also inform the ongoing support for, and development of, the Councils and Committees over the coming year.

Results from the questionnaire will be shared with members in September 2019.
