We are all consumers of health services. In this brief survey we are interested in learning more about your experience of primary care in the past 12 months.

Primary health care refers to the services given by people such as General Practitioners (GPs), physiotherapists, pharmacists, mental health and alcohol and other drug counsellors etc.

WA Primary Health Alliance presents annual needs assessment reports to the Australian Government Department of Health on the current areas of need related to health and primary care in Western Australia.

From now until mid-September we are taking a snapshot of people's experience of primary care over the past 12 months.
