YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO FURTHER IMPROVE ENGAGEMENT AND CULTURE IN THE PLACE-BASED TEAM

Recent results from the Staff Engagement and Culture Survey Report for the Place-Based Commissioning and engagement team have highlighted many positive aspects of working for WAPHA, and have also touched upon some of the challenges and inconsistencies. These are highlighted in the Top 5 Attributes that have the ‘Highest Number of Negative Respondents’, and clearly provide a great place to start to improve as a team.

The survey results paint an important picture of this ‘moment in time’, and provide a number of areas for us to focus and improve. We all want to come to work and feel that we contribute to our communities in a way that better meets their health needs, to feel valued for our contribution, to be engaged in shaping our work and that of the organisation, and to be a member of a team that is making a difference.
