Sustainable Health Review

Consultation has concluded

In June 2017, the Government of Western Australia announced the Sustainable Health Review to prioritise the delivery of patient-centred, high quality and financially sustainable healthcare across the State.

Western Australians continue to enjoy good health outcomes and quality health services, however the system is under increasing pressure and the health budget continues to rise.

The Sustainable Health Review (SHR) is looking at how we can continue to provide patient-first, innovative and sustainable care for years to come.

Public consultation for the SHR has now commenced.

What is needed to develop a more sustainable, patient centred health system in WA?

We are looking for your input across six themes. You may give comment on all, or selected themes, in the survey below.

Please include your name and contact details so we can contact you for further comment if required.

All responses received by Friday 22 September will be considered for inclusion in WAPHA’s final submission.
