Way Ahead

Consultation has concluded

Every member of the WAPHA team has worked hard to implement new ways of collaborating with their colleagues and external partners and to adjust to working away from their WAPHA office. These interim working arrangements were not set up for the long term and further work is needed to make a sustainable shift in the way WAPHA works.

The Way Ahead project will map the path to realising WAPHA’s hybrid working model where we find the right balance for office and remote based working.

The hybrid working model is yet to be defined in detail, but it is envisaged that our workplace, workspace and workform will be fit for purpose with the right tools, policies, office space and technology to deliver our business.

Consultation with WAPHA teams is an essential part of the Way Ahead work.

  • CLOSED: This survey has concluded.

As the Way Ahead Project enters its planning phase, we are wanting your input on how you have felt the current WAPHA working model has worked for you personally.

We want to fully understand from all WAPHA employees about what they need from the office environment by way of face-to-face in-office contact, collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders and needs on meeting/workspaces. We believe, this feedback will assist us in developing a practical and effective hybrid model (a mix of work from anywhere and office-based work) - a new and flexible way of working for WAPHA for the future.

Once functional requirements are mapped, we will undertake further consultation focusing on staff productivity, engagement, health and wellbeing.

We also commit to keeping you informed regularly of the progress with the Way Ahead Project via the Waffle.

Please complete the survey by 5pm Thursday 18 February.

To ensure your response is anonymous, please make sure you are logged out of Primary Health Exchange before completing the questions.

Thank you for your input and time.
